Just released 03/17/2010 - Attributes! You voted, we listened! Attributes allow you to decide the physical and mental prowess of your character. There are 7 attributes and they will determine how well your character does things. Attributes are based on race, and body type. Attributes will assist in skill success, combat, determine hit points and encumberance allowances.

Xaltoria is a world that is split, divided, and lost. The people of the world struggle with an illusive past that leaves more questions than answers; an uncertain future; and the present with only the goal of survival to carry them through. In a world where once great kingdoms stood, only small villages dot the wild and untamed land and the forest and lakes jealously guard the secrets of the ruins they hide. In a time where people lived under the basking glory of their Creator, now a shattered God and mystery prove their only saving grace.
Once there was one Nation where the four races lived and prospered, united in a peace that, though tense with occasional disagreements, had reigned for thousands of years. Humanity had come into its own, surviving the near destruction of the planet once. They had learned to harness and control the mystical powers of mana and the art of magic. They had built themselves into great kingdoms of faith and growth.
All of that was not enough to save them from near total annihilation a second time. All of that was not enough to keep the world whole under the jealous wrath of a scorned Deity.
Out of the ashes, life has prevailed. The changing world has brought existence to entirely new beings that had never before been seen or heard of, and changed that which was thought to be. The land bears its own scars and evolution. A terrible Rift now mars the once known land and has changed it into two lands. One side of the Rift is nearly untouched, the other corrupted, twisted, a mangled mockery of what was.
